Constitution and Role of Neighbourhood Forums
Under the Ballymun Neighbourhood Council-Neighbourhood Forums Constitution there are five neighbourhood forums:
- Shangan Neighbourhood Forum
- Coultry Neighbourhood Forum
- Sillogue Neighbourhood Forum
- Balcurris Neighbourhood Forum.
- Poppintree Neighbourhood Forum

Basically, the Constitution of the Area Neighbourhood Forums includes the following sections:
