The development will consist of three building as follows:

- Single storey creche with 4 no. car parking facilities adjacent to 385 Coultry Road and 20 Coultry Crescent.
- The development also comprises the re-alignment of Coultry Road, extending from Coultry Crescent to Coultry Grove and involves the addition of on-street parking and tree lined verges.
- Additional minor alterations are proposed to Coultry Lawn hammerhead to allow access to rear of retail building.
