Shangan Hall

Shangan Hall was built as part of a package agreement between Ballymun Regeneration Ltd and Bennett Construction, which included the building of the Ballymun Civic Centre.

Shangan Hall is a Section 23 project which allows the investor to write-off 50% of the investment against tax liability, over a ten-year period.

The Section 23 investor can then rent out the apartments or shops. The tenants of the investor are not subject to the Dublin City Council tenancy rules.
