The following is the average of the four areas in Phase 1.
Return of survey forms to date: 82%
Seeking/entitled to 1 Bed dwellings: 15%
Seeking/entitled to 2 Bed dwellings: 25%
Seeking/entitled to 3 Bed dwellings: 55%
Seeking/entitled to 4 Bed dwellings: 5%
It should be noted that the survey carried out by BRL staff was to ascertain a general idea of the family sizes in the phase 1 area and not as a list of tenants entitled to re-location.
The process of re-location will be carried out with the direct involvement of Dublin Corporation officials in accordance with their procedures.
