Whats New in Balcurris?
Balcurris Park under Construction
As can be seen in the photograph, the children’s play area has been completed and is currently in use.
The park area is now completed it includes a Gaelic sports pitch
The new-build dwellings (Balcurris 1 & 3) on two sides of the park are completed and residents have finally moved into the dwellings.
The Balcurris Road eight-storey block nearest the front of the photo will then be demolished soon.
DOLMEN COURT
Work is expected to begin after Easter. There will be a further consultation between the residents and BRL to finalise details of the regeneration of the court and phasing of the infrastructure.
